I have been doing digital illustration for more than 2 years. Received training in illustration, sketching, and 3D modeling. I work in Procreate, Photoshop, Live Home 3D.
Now I help designers and architects visualize ideas for clients. Also, if you are the person who would like to change something in the interior (and even the exterior) of your home, but you can’t make up your mind because it’s hard to imagine what these changes will look like, it’s not in vain that you came to my page - I’m ready to prepare a realistic sketch for you.
To order a sketch, write to me by choosing a messenger convenient for you. We will discuss the details of the order with you.
After that, I expect technical specifications from you by email julja-kv@mail.ru:
- Furniture and equipment arrangement plan, dimensional plan with all heights. The plan can be provided in any form, you can even draw it by hand on paper, but everything should be visible and understandable there.
- Photos of interior items with dimensions, finishing materials, furniture, textiles, lighting, floor coverings, decor. You can send links to sites with items.
- If there are moldings, niches, wall lamps or any non-standard solution on the walls, you will need scans, they can be sent electronically or drawn by hand.
- Ceiling plan - you will need it to understand the placement of the ceiling lighting and for visualization of multi-level ceilings.
You pay 50% of the cost of the sketch
Having studied the technical requirements, I create a 3D model in Live Home 3D, observing all sizes and proportions. I will prepare several angles for your approval. You can also tell us in advance which angle you need.
Once the angle is agreed upon, I begin rendering the sketch on the tablet. From this stage it is no longer possible to change the angle
I'll send you the sketch and you can make edits if necessary. Edits can be made in two lists: you send the first list, I edit it, and then you can send the second list. The period for making changes depends on their volume and can vary from one hour to 1 day. 20% of edits are free.
Making the second part of the payment.
I usually send a fully finished sketch in high quality in JPEG format. But I can also send in formats such as PSD/PNG/PDF. You need to report this.
